Your class is fully booked, can I join a waitlist?

YES!  We regularly monitor waiting lists and we will notify you if there are any cancellations. 

On rare occasions we are able to create another class, but we cannot guarantee a class on your preferred date.

What skill level are your classes aimed at?

Our tutor will meet you where you are at, and support your learning to achieve a finished product.  Our youngest student was 5 years old and our eldest was in her 80's.

Do you offer baking classes?

No, our classes focus on the skill of decorating a variety of purchased products from the store.  The goal is to show you ways to create works of art in a fast, stress-free way!

I need to cancel my class, do I get a refund?

YES!  You are entitled to a refund if you notify us at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the booking.    You are also able to request a reschedule for a later date, subject to availability.

I am not a creative person, will I feel embarrassed in class?

We create safe spaces and we celebrate 'designer treats' which means that there are no failures.  If you can roll a ball of play dough, then you can create figurines.  Our teachers will guide you step by step but creative expression is encouraged.

Do you cater for food allergies?

It is essential that you notify us of any/all allergies when you book your class so that we can make the necessary preparation.  All our products are labelled and the responsibility is on the purchaser to ensure that they are informed.  If you have concerns about the ingredients, you are welcome to bring your own cupcakes too.

Do your staff have a current 'working with children check (WWCC)'?

Yes, all staff working with children have current blue cards and police clearance.

Can you deliver your party package services at our home?
