Meet our Team

I'm a wife and mother to adult children.  We relocated from New Zealand at the end of 2023, and I decided to combine my lifelong passions: baking, teaching, youthwork and social enterprise. 

I am an education specialist, moderating programs and lecturing across business, health, and vocational education. I am finishing a Master’s degree in Applied Practice (Social Services), which helps me support youth at risk and community members who want to gain new skills in a fun easy-entry way.  

I am a software engineer by day but my hobbies are creating tools in my garage, building rockets, scuba diving and golf.  I take care of the IT side of the business, but I have been asked to airbrush cakes or embroider logos on aprons! 

I used to help my mother with her cake decorating needs when I was a child, and I enjoy the creative outlet.  Giving back to the community is important to me.
